I have been incredibly fortunate in my life to serve as the director of Ebenezer for almost three decades. God gave Archbishop Silas and I the vision to build a place of refuge for orphans who had no hope, future, welfare and in need of love and care. Hundreds of bright and talented orphans, my children, have passed through the home. Many have graduated college and or other vocational programs and are now productive citizens around the world. My desire is to see God glorified as we shine the light of Jesus Christ and give life.
With that desire in my heart, I preside over Ebenezer. With your continued partnership and friendship, we’re going to make the most substantial impact in the lives of the orphans, rescued homeless street boys and girls, and widows in our community. May God bless you as we serve together.

Spirit
Since 1993, Ebenezer Children's Home has been providing care for orphans and vulnerable children in Kisumu County. These children need a safe environment to grow, learn, and thrive. However, many have been separated from their families, affected by economic challenges, COVID-19, and post-election violence. The home has been working to mitigate these issues for 20 years, providing refuge and guiding their development from infancy to adulthood. As resources are strained, we aim to address the root cause by directly reaching out to families, identifying at-risk communities, and providing a comprehensive care and support system. Our goal is to build strong, loving, and safe families for these children to grow up in, reducing their reliance on long-term institutional care.
Health and physical fitness are an essential part of whole person education at Ebenezer. Our students are engaged in local, and regional competitions. They participate in intramural sports to ensure that all kids engaged in activity besides the athletes. There is always a need for new sporting goods, sports attire and training facilities. Soccer and volleyball are among the popular sports on campus.
