I have been incredibly fortunate in my life to serve as the director of Ebenezer for over two decades. God gave Archbishop Silas and I the vision to build a place of refuge for orphans who had no hope, no future or someone to love or care about their welfare. Hundreds of bright and talented orphans, my children, have passed through the home to head off to college and are now productive citizens around the world. My desire is to see God glorified as we shine the light of Jesus Christ and give life.
With that desire in my heart, I preside over Ebenezer. With your continued partnership and friendship, we’re going to make the most substantial impact in the lives of the orphans, rescued homeless street boys and girls, and widows in our community. May God bless you as we serve together
523 children call Ebenezer Life Center home. They live on campus and go school. We serve approximately 2140 meals per day. Over 2000 children's lives have been transformed through the program. The home began officially in September 1993 with a population of 23.
We have a simple, but robust mission: to help orphans, abandoned children, homeless teens on the streets and less fortunate widows. We do that by focusing on community-based efforts including an orphanage, free education, feeding, rehabilitation and vacational training.
We're continually working hard to improve communities throughout the state. If you're interested to see what we've been doing recently (especially if you want to help), check out our project list.
